We can protect Lancaster County’s rural character by opposing the Merry Point Solar Project and advocating for sustainable agriculture, environmental stewardship and protections for our waterways. Solar Farms can be good – but NOT at the head waters of the Western Branch of the Corrotoman – STOP Merry Point Solar and change the setback regulations to tidal waters from 250 ft to 3/4 of a mile like other nearby counties.
